About us
The main goal of the Fondation Alejo Vidal-Quadras is to compile and promote the works of the painter Alejo Vidal-Quadras Veiga (1919 – 1994). We are a non-profit organization created in 1994 by Marie-Charlotte Vidal-Quadras, the artist’s widow.
We wish to introduce the public at large to the elegant, expressive and exquisite beauty of the art of one of the greatest masters of the studio portrait.
